The latest mural near the LIRR station in Forest Hills has been completed.
The artist, Andre Trenier, painted the mural featuring tennis greats who have played at Forest Hills Stadium, including Arthur Ashe, Billie Jean King, Althea Gibson and John McEnroe.
Across the street, there is a mural painted by artists Crisp and Praxis Graff in dedication to the Ramones.
Noah Sheroff, of the nonprofit organization 501 See Streets, Inc., first reached out to Assemblyman Andrew Hevesi about the projects. Together, they worked with the artists and Forest Hills Stadium who funded the projects.

I love it. I brightens up the walkway/ underpass and actually makes you somehow feel almost happier and safer while walking under the railroad. BRAVO!!
