New York Empire completes first-ever season

The New York Empire, one of six teams competing in the Mylan World TeamTennis League, completed their first-ever season at their home in Forest Hills Stadium. While the team finished with a 2-12 record, tennis fans were able to see rising stars such as Christina McHale and Neal Skupski. Tennis superstars Caroline Wozniacki and Andy Roddick also made appearances in Forest Hills. The Mylan World TeamTennis League Finals will be played at Forest Hills Stadium on Friday, August 26, between the Orange County Breakers and the San Diego Aviators.
