The Queens Library is hosting a meet and greet with author Richard Panchyk for his new book “Hidden History of Queens” at 108-19 71st Avenue on October 13th at 2:30pm.
Above all, Queens has a history filled with fascinating firsts, cool characters, and ramshackle ruins. Join us as author Richard Panchyk reveals some of the Hidden History of Queens.
In “Hidden History” Panchyk discusses local oddities like the first modern highway and the eerie remnants of Fort Tilden.
Finally, admission is free! Books will be available for sale and for signing.
