QPL Forest Hills to reopen for ‘to-go’ service

Starting Monday, September 28, the Forest Hills branch of Queens Public Library (QPL) will reopen for limited “to-go” service.

As of now, individuals can request books and other reading materials, which can be picked up once the location officially opens next week.

The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with a one-hour closure from 1 to 2 p.m. for cleaning. On Tuesday, hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Thursday from noon to 7 p.m. on Thursday, with a cleaning closure from 3 to 4 p.m.
